Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that your order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Email contact@uppercutsociety.com immediately if you need to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there email us at contact@uppercutsociety.com with your name and phone number and we'll resend it.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide page for exact measurements in cm. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes go one size up — our oversized fits are intentionally roomy.
Do your tees run true to size?
Our oversized tshirts are designed to fit large. Our regular fit tees run true to standard Indian sizing. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements per product.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available?
Yes. COD is available across India. A small handling fee of ₹49 may apply on COD orders.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay which is fully encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
1–10 business days from the date of order. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders worth ₹999 and above.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. We ship across India only. International shipping coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Products
What fabric are your tshirts made of?
Our tshirts are made from 100% premium cotton. Oversized tshirts are 240 GSM for a heavier, quality feel. Regular fit tees are 180 GSM.
How should I wash my tshirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the print sharp and the fabric in good condition for longer.
Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges only. See our full Exchange Policy for details.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Email us at contact@uppercutsociety.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We offer one size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. You cover the return shipping and we cover sending the new size.
Brand
What does Uppercut Society stand for?
Uppercut Society is warrior wear for fighters, grinders, and martial artists. Every design is rooted in the culture and philosophy of combat sports — MMA, Boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, and more. We don't make gym shirts. We make a statement.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and printed in India.
Do you collaborate with fighters or gyms?
