Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery: 1–7 business days after processing.
Total time from order to delivery: 1–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Orders worth ₹999 and above — Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Shipping charges are applicable
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.
Delays
Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, festivals, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or courier delays. We appreciate your patience.
Wrong Address
Please double check your address before placing your order. Uppercut Society is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it contact us at hello@uppercutsociety.com within 48 hours of the delivery update and we will investigate immediately.
