Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges, not refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However if there is an issue with your order we will make it right.

You can exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • The size doesn't fit (one exchange per order)

You cannot exchange if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • The tags have been removed
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The item was purchased on sale

How to request an exchange:

Email us at contact@uppercutsociety.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • The issue and what you'd like instead

We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

Shipping for exchanges:

  • If the fault is ours (wrong or damaged item) — we cover the shipping both ways
  • If you're exchanging for a different size — you cover the return shipping, we cover sending the new piece

Processing time:

Once we receive the returned item your exchange ships within 3–5 business days.
